Stand Up is a mission organization in Mauritius that welcomes young international missionaries aged 18 to 30 who wish to take a break to listen to God's call in their lives, to learn, and to bear witness to God's love among young people through testimony and service, while being bearers of hope.
Stand Up offers human and spiritual training programs for young people to root their faith in Christ, discover their identity, and develop their talents by putting them at the service of others.
The goal is to make young people stand up, living the joy of the Gospel and bearing witness to God's love.

A 3 to 9 month journey, between September and July,
to experience the unity of your personality, to receive and give.
At Stand Up you will RECEIVE

A better knowledge of yourself through prayer, formation, and fraternal life
Life coaching to establish good virtuous habits and eradicate bad ones: sleep, nutrition, work, time management, screen use, emotions
Professional personality coaching to find your professional vocation and your place in the world
A session on love and sexuality to order your heart and body toward self-giving
Courses on the basics of theology, philosophy, sociology, anthropology to better understand your faith, the human person, and the world
An openness to the world through the discovery of cultures (Indian, Creole, Chinese, European)
A sense of wonder for Creation through the discovery of the island
The artistic dimension within you through dance, singing, and theatre
An enrichment of the heart through encountering the kindness of the hearts of Mauritians across different cultures
Mastery of the French language (if you do not know the language) and improvement of your English
